CG23 Depression: Costing template (England)

Please note that some elements of the template may not function correctly when opened under Internet Explorer. Please save the template to your PC by clicking on the link below and selecting the ?Save? option or by right clicking and selecting ?Save Target As? from the popup menu. You will then be able to open the template in Excel as normal with full functionality.

In order for the template to work properly, the macro security setting in Excel needs to be set to medium. This can be done by opening Excel, selecting the Tools menu, hovering over "Macro" and selecting the option "Security". A menu should appear with four security levels. Please select “Medium” from this menu. Close Excel for the new setting to take effect. Now when you open then template, a message box will appear with a few options. Please select the option "enable macros”. You will now be able to use the template.
