Schools and evidence based action: slide set

This slide set has been produced by NICE in collaboration with the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and the National Healthy Schools Programme (run by the DH and DCSF). It describes the way NICE works, how its guidance can help improve children and young people?s health and how schools can benefit.

The slides refer to a range of published NICE guidance relevant to schools and give a specific example of NICE recommendations to prevent obesity.
