Guide to the Multiple Technology Appraisal Process (reference N2022)

A minor correction has been made to the Guide to the multiple technology appraisal process. On page 20, the box relating to who can nominate clinical specialists and patient experts suggests that manufacturers or sponsors of a technology or comparator technology cannot nominate clinical specialists. This has been corrected. The original text reads:

'Consultees and commentators (except manufacturers or sponsors of technology or comparator technology) nominate clinical specialists and patient experts'

The corrected text reads:

'Consultees and commentators nominate clinical specialists and patient experts. Manufacturers or sponsors of the technology or comparator technology can only nominate clinical specialists'
