Physical activity in later life

Physical Activity in later life, refers to the role of participation and social connectedness in the enhancement of health. Indicators of such improvement include: enhanced personal motivation (in projects and lives more generally); greater connectedness to others; reduced sense of fear, isolation and anxiety; and, increased confidence, sociability and self-esteem.
