The remit for this guideline was received from the Department of Health and Welsh Assembly Government. Please note that this topic was separated out from the Anxiety guideline which was commissioned to NICE by the DoH in the sixth wave of work and which has already been out for consultation with stakeholders. As a result of that consultation Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is being developed as a separate topic. This guideline has been allocated to the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health. Stakeholders registering for this guideline will therefore be invited to comment on the draft guidelines, at the end of guideline development. |
