Update information
December 2016: We added information about clinical trigger factors in patients with catastrophic brain injury and a link to a Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health guideline on the diagnosis of death by neurological criteria (DNC) in infants less than two months old to recommendation 1.1.2. A link to the NHS organ donation website was added to recommendation 1.1.9. We also removed an outdated research recommendation.
