Self harm: the short-term physical and psychological management and secondary prevention of Self harm in primary and secondary care. The remit for this guideline was received from the Department of Health and the National Assembly for Wales.

Consultation on the draft scope is complete and the scope is being modified in the light of comments received. When completed it will be posted on the website. It will define what aspects of care the guideline will cover and to whom it will apply.
