Date Update
04 April 2002 The remit for this guideline was received from the Department of Health and the National Assembly for Wales. The scope defines what aspects of care are covered by the guideline and to whom it applies.
10 May 2002 Revised expected date of completion.
17 June 2003 The first consultation draft of the guideline is out for consultation with stakeholders. If you wish to comment, you need to do so via one of the registered stakeholder organisations listed above, by the deadline shown.
18 August 2003 Consultation on the first consultation draft of the guideline is complete and the guideline is being modified in the light of comments received. Please see timescales above for the dates of the final round of consultation with stakeholders.
2 September 2003 Transfer of Executive Lead responsibilities from Anne-Toni Rodgers to Andrew Dillon.
23 February 2004 The second consultation provided for stakeholders from 23 February 2004 - 22 March 2004.
5 April 2004 Patient Involvement Lead added.
