Management of type 2 diabetes - Managing blood glucose levels (Guideline G)

This glycaemic control guideline is one of a series of guidelines on type 2 diabetes. Other guidelines in the series cover the management of renal disease and retinopathy (published March 2002), and the management of of lipids and blood pressure (due for publication October 2002). A guideline on foot care has been published by the Royal College of General Practitioners and will be updated shortly.
