NICE welcomes ‘NHS next stage review final report’
As the NHS celebrates its 60th birthday, the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) has been given a central role in the reforms set out in the 'NHS next stage review final report'. The reforms aim to ensure the NHS is truly evidence-based and quality driven.

Events
NICE holds its own annual conference each year, and exhibits at a number of events organised by other healthcare organisations, to ensure that those with an interest in the work of NICE have an understanding of the Institute's purpose, processes, products and contribution to healthcare.
Public meetings
Many NICE meetings are open to members of the public, including the NICE Board meetings, appeals against draft guidance and sessions of its standing advisory commitees. Anyone can register to attend NICE public meetings.
