Bursary scheme

In addition to the early booking rate, NICE is subsidising a number of places at the 2006 NICE conference for patient and carer organisations and NGOs. The rates of subsidy are:

1-day’s attendance: £100 subsidy Total price £75.00 + VAT
2-days’ attendance: £200 subsidy Total price £125.00 + VAT

NICE will offer one subsidised place per UK patient/carer organisation or NGO. To be considered for one of these subsidies, please complete and return the form below by 28 July 2006.

The applications will be considered by a panel of representatives from NICE’s Conference Planning Unit, the Patient and Public Involvement Programme, the “Patients Involved in NICE” group, and a lay member of NICE’s Executive Board.

Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible following the closing date. Unsuccessful applicants can still apply for the standard early booking rate.
