NICE 2007: Evidence into Practice
5-6 December 2007
Bursary scheme for patient, carer and voluntary organisations.
NICE 2007: Evidence into Practice will address how NICE uses expert advice and evidence to develop guidance, and will offer practical and realistic examples for those working in the NHS and wider public health community on the best ways to turn recommendations into reality.
The conference will feature plenary sessions on the major conference themes with an impressive array of speakers to open up the discussions, alongside masterclasses and mini-plenaries which will explore the practical issue of how to get recommendations into everyday practice.
Each year the NICE conference attracts a large, diverse audience representing all areas of healthcare, including patients, carers, the wider public, and those who represent them, and we hope that you will be part of it in 2007.
We are pleased to be able to offer a bursary scheme for a limited number of places at the 2007 NICE annual conference, for patient and carer organisations and other voluntary organisations. This scheme is in addition to the concessionary rate offered for patient representatives. The offer is for one bursary place per UK patient/carer or voluntary organisation.
