Proposed appraisals

The 18th wave of proposed appraisals are topics which the Department of Health is minded to refer to NICE as the next wave of technology appraisals.

Proposed ineffective practice review topics are topics which NICE is considering developing as guidance that we anticipate will help the NHS make better use of its resources by reducing spending on ineffective treatments, that is, treatments that do not improve patient care or do not represent good value for money.
