Commissioning and benchmarking tools for 2011/12

The NICE commissioning tool was replaced by a series of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in 2010. These spreadsheets, called the 'commissioning and benchmarking tools' are freely available to download and one commissioning and benchmarking tool accompanies each commissioning guide. Users can also download their own up-to-date data into the spreadsheets (where relevant) and, where this is the case, data specifications and user notes are provided to help.

All future commissioning guides will be accompanied by a commissioning and benchmarking tool to help users to estimate and inform the level of service needed locally as well as the cost of local commissioning decisions.
