ERNIE results summary

This table presents a summary of the evidence contained in the ERNIE database. It shows the total number of published guidance against the number of studies that are included in the database.

In some cases there are several studies assessing the uptake of the same piece of guidance and in other cases a single study assesses the uptake of several pieces of guidance. The table therefore also shows how many pieces of guidance have been assessed by these studies, thus highlighting gaps in the evidence of uptake.

NICE regularly updates the database via a search strategy. Please let the implementation team know of studies or reports that might be suitable for inclusion in the ERNIE database and we will aim to add it to future updates.
