Measuring and auditing progress
Knowing that NICE has issued guidance is important. Discussing it at practice meetings can help to ensure that everyone is aware of NICE advice and recommendations. Having a plan to ensure that any necessary changes are made can also mean that staff members in the practice are up to date.
Measuring and auditing progress can help you to asses that changes have been implemented and progress can be communicated to commissioners.
