Waterstones uses specialist shops called Regional Account Centres (RACs) to process orders. These shops are located around the country and have dedicated staff who specialise in institutional sales.
Contact information for the RACs is available on the Waterstones Account Sales page. Requests for quotations and purchase order placement must take place through one of these shops.
Requests for mini competitions should be sent to the sales contact. Any issues that need escalation can be sent through to account management.

Waterstones trading as Blackwell’s (agent)
Blackwell’s was purchased by Waterstones in 2023, who now take on all the contractual rights and obligations for Blackwell’s. The Blackwell’s brand will continue to be used for online trading and for their physical bookstores. All previous Blackwell’s customers will be notified directly by Waterstones of any contractual changes that might affect them, e.g. novation to Waterstone’s, change of payment or invoicing details.
