Evidence reviews – specialised commissioning are commissioned by NHS England to inform the development of a clinical commissioning policy. They are summaries of the best available evidence for selected medicines.

Once the evidence review is produced, NHS England use it to determine whether a clinical commissioning policy will be developed. More information about NHS England specialised services can be found on the NHS England website.
