  • antibiotics
  • hypertonic saline
  • adrenaline (nebulised)
  • salbutamol
  • montelukast
  • ipratropium bromide
  • systemic or inhaled corticosteroids
  • a combination of systemic corticosteroids and nebulised adrenaline.
