Attractive pay and holidays

To make sure we pay a fair salary for all our roles, we use a national pay system called Agenda for Change. This means our pay scales are matched to your knowledge, responsibility and skills. 

We also offer:

  • 27 days holiday per year and the option to buy up to 5 days extra leave.

Our offices

We believe that people work best in a relaxed, friendly environment. So, we've done our best to create that. We have modern, spacious offices in Manchester and London with easy access by tram, train, tube or bus. Facilities include:
