Our Citizens Council met in November 2015 and discussed the question:

“What ethical and practical issues need to be considered in the use of anonymised information derived from personal care records as part of the evaluation of treatments and delivery of care?” 

The report from that meeting is now available for public comment. We would like to hear your views on the report - these will be passed to the NICE board for consideration.
