Update information
November 2022: We reviewed the evidence on negative pressure wound therapy, and updated recommendation 1.2.31. Recommendations marked [2016] last had an evidence review in 2016. For some recommendations we have replaced the word 'debridement' with 'wound excision'.
November 2017: Recommendation 1.1.10 was amended to change the wording from 'administer prophylactic antibiotics' to 'consider administering prophylactic antibiotics'.
