Quality standard measure: Proportion of changes to services or service withdrawals that have been planned and agreed beforehand by people with borderline or antisocial personality disorder and their care provider.
What was measured: Proportion of people (case note review) with personality disorder who committed suicide or homicide that were involved in the planning of their transfer or discharge from care.
