December 2015: Related NICE guidance section amended to refer to updated NICE guideline on type 2 diabetes in adults.
August 2015: Changes to related NICE guidance section following publication of updated NICE guidelines on type 1 diabetes in adults and diabetic foot problems (references to CG119, CG15, CG10 and TA60 have been removed because these have been updated).
November 2012: Minor maintenance.
