Yes, if you are:

  • an adult (18 years or over) with a diagnosis of the condition known as 'chronic open angle glaucoma'

  • an adult with a diagnosis of ocular hypertension (raised eye pressure)

  • an adult who is at a high risk of developing glaucoma.

No, if you:

  • are under 18 years old

  • have secondary glaucoma (glaucoma that is caused by other eye conditions, such as injury or inflammation)

  • have, or are at risk of having, types of glaucoma known as 'angle closure glaucoma (primary or secondary)' and acute glaucoma

  • have had glaucoma since birth or childhood.
