CYP2C19 genotype testing to guide clopidogrel use after ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemic attack

This implementation guide has been produced by the NHS Pharmacogenomics and Medicines Optimisation Network of Excellence and pilot site clinical leads, with input from NHS England’s national stroke programme and Genomics Unit; this provides insights into findings from implementing this testing in the pilot, and considers important aspects of decision making for any future service commissioning.
