This evaluation has now been discontinued. Due to positive guidance in the adult population within TA814, NICE will not progress with a separate appraisal for this indication. NHS England will commission treatments for patients aged less than 18 years where specific commissioning conditions within a NICE Technology Appraisal or NHS England policy are met.
