Osimertinib (Tagrisso) is not normally available on the NHS for treating locally advanced or metastatic, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation-positive, non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in adults who have not had treatment for NSCLC before. Your doctor should talk with you about other treatment options. If you are already taking osimertinib, you should be able to continue until you and your doctor decide when best to stop.
