Public task statement

The statement of NICE’s current public task for the purposes of the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations (2015) – ‘the Regulations’ is:

  1. The provision of quality standards in relation to the provision of NHS services, public health and social care in England. 

  2. The provision of advice, guidance, providing information and making recommendations about any matter concerning or connecting with the provision of NHS services, public health services and social care services in England.

Reuse

In line with the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations (2015), NICE permits the commercial and non-commercial reuse of certain documents created as part of its public task.
