Dupilumab (Dupixent) is not normally available on the NHS for treating moderate to severe prurigo nodularis in adults when systemic treatment is suitable. Systemic treatments are treatments that work throughout the whole body. They can include injections, infusions or medicines taken by mouth.
Your doctor should talk with you about other treatment options. If you are already having it, you should be able to continue until you and your doctor decide when best to stop.
