The DEmentia identification COmputerized DEcision (DECODE) software is an evidence-based clinical decision support system. It is designed to triage patients being referred to secondary care memory clinics for a dementia assessment. This technology was being evaluated as part of NICE's pilot project to evaluate digital health technologies (DHTs). NICE has discontinued the evaluation of the DECODE decision support system because it is too early in the technology’s development for a health technology assessment.
