Asfotase alfa (Strensiq) is available on the NHS as a possible treatment for paediatric-onset hypophosphatasia. It is available for anyone whose symptoms started between the ages of 0 and 6 months. It is also available for anyone whose symptoms started between 6 months and 17 years if their symptoms meet the criteria in the recommendation.
