With the support of NICE, NHS England and BioMarin have an agreement in principle for an additional 3-month extension of the current MAA, due to be signed shortly. The extended MAA will now run until 27 Aug 2025 under the same terms as the previous extension to ensure continued access for current and new patients until the evaluation is concluded
