NICE has issued technology appraisal guidance on the use of tacrolimus and pimecrolimus, topical corticosteroids for atopic dermatitis (eczema), and etanercept and efalizumab for the treatment of adults with psoriasis. NICE has also produced a guideline on atopic eczema in under 12s: diagnosis and management.

The equivalent regulations in Northern Ireland are 'The ionising radiation (medical exposure) regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000'.
