How we develop NICE technology appraisal guidance

This guidance is a Cancer Drugs Fund reconsideration of crizotinib for previously treated non-small-cell lung cancer associated with an anaplastic lymphoma kinase fusion gene (TA296). This guidance replaces TA296.

The recommendations in this guidance represent the view of NICE, arrived at after careful consideration of the evidence available.
