Information for the public
Filgotinib (Jyseleca) is available on the NHS as a possible treatment for moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adults if:
- you cannot tolerate conventional treatments (aminosalicylates, corticosteroids or thiopurines), biological treatments (adalimumab, golimumab, infliximab, ustekinumab or vedolizumab) or tofacitinib, or
- your condition has not got better or has stopped getting better while on them.
