Nivolumab (Opdivo) with chemotherapy is available on the NHS as a possible neoadjuvant treatment (before surgery) for non-small-cell lung cancer in adults if the cancer is resectable (can be removed surgically) and:
- there are tumours that are at least 4 cm or
- the cancer has spread to lymph nodes.
