Ivosidenib (Tibsovo) is available on the NHS. It is a possible treatment for locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) with an IDH1 R132 mutation in adults after 1 or more systemic treatments. Systemic treatments work throughout the whole body. They can include injections, infusions or medicines taken by mouth.
