This guide describes the methods that NICE follows when evaluating interventional procedures. Processes for interventional procedures are in section 1 of the NICE HealthTech programme manual.
This interventional procedures programme manual and the HealthTech programme manual apply to interventional procedures that started development after 14 July 2025. For processes and methods before this, more information is available in the update information from October 2025.
