OpenAthens accounts are managed by OpenAthens administrators. If you have a question about your account contact the relevant administrator.
Note: Our administrators can only answer questions from users with an OpenAthens account provided through NICE Evidence Services. If you don't have an NHS OpenAthens account contact your local administrator for help.
Local administrators manage OpenAthens accounts at a trust or organisational level, including national organisations. If you have a question about your OpenAthens account please contact your local administrator - you will need to search for your organisation name. If you are having trouble finding your local administrator contact your regional administrator below.
Regional administrators oversee OpenAthens accounts in their region. Contact your regional administrator if:
- You have a question about eligibility
- You do not have or cannot find a local administrator.

West Midlands: Birmingham & Black Country, Coventry, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire
East Midlands: Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, and Rutland
