2 Information about tafasitamab plus lenalidomide and rituximab

Marketing authorisation indication

Tafasitamab (Minjuvi, Incyte) 'is indicated in combination with lenalidomide and rituximab for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) (Grade 1 to 3a) after at least one line of systemic therapy'.

Price

The list price for tafasitamab is £705 per 200 mg vial (excluding VAT; company submission).

The company has a commercial arrangement. This makes tafasitamab plus lenalidomide and rituximab available to the NHS with a discount and it would have also applied to this indication if tafasitamab plus lenalidomide and rituximab had been recommended. The size of the discount is commercial in confidence.
