03 July 2026 Awaiting development. The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has been asked to conduct an evaluation of Mezigdomide with dexamethasone and carfilzomib for treating relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma after at least 1 line of treatment. We have recently invited stakeholders to respond to a written consultation on the draft scope. Following an update from the company responsible for Mezigdomide, NICE will not be progressing with this scoping exercise at this time and the timelines for this appraisal are to be confirmed whilst the company confirm their regulatory filing plans. As this appraisal has been referred NICE will continue to monitor any development and will update interested parties if the situation changes. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience at this late stage.
