Sleep problems in pregnancy

Sleep problems in pregnancy

If you have problems sleeping during pregnancy, you should be given advice about how to get into a good sleep routine (such as relaxing and avoiding caffeine before bed time). If the problem is more serious or long term, you may be offered medication called promethazine to help you sleep.
