Engagement is being repeated because of the length of time that has passed. If your organisation commented previously, you do not need to resubmit your comments. However, you are welcome to submit new comments to replace those previously submitted if you wish.

If you are not a member of an organisation and are commenting as an individual please use the comments form above.

Comments received from individuals are not summarised in the briefing paper presented to the committee but are included as an appendix. These comments are not made available on the NICE website.
