Daratumumab (Darzalex) with lenalidomide and dexamethasone is available on the NHS. It is a possible treatment for untreated multiple myeloma in adults when an autologous stem cell transplant is unsuitable.
An autologous stem cell transplant uses healthy blood stem cells from your own body to replace bone marrow that's not working properly.
