Information for the public
Dabrafenib (Finlee) with trametinib (Spexotras) is available on the NHS as a possible treatment for:
- low-grade glioma with a BRAF V600E mutation in children and young people 1 year and over who need systemic treatment (treatment that works throughout the whole body, such as medicine taken by mouth like dabrafenib with trametinib)
- high-grade glioma with a BRAF V600E mutation in children and young people 1 year and over after at least 1 radiation or chemotherapy treatment.
