This appeal hearing will hear appeals against the Final Draft Guidance for the above technology by the following organisations:
- Pfizer
- Sickle Cell Society
The National Haemoglobinopathy Panel submitted an appeal letter, but their appeal was rejected during the scrutiny stage.
The appeal panel will convene on Friday 13 October 2023 at 10:00am via Zoom to hear oral representations from the appellants.
