Monitoring and evaluation
A dedicated work stream of the NICE International Health Partnership Scheme project has been established to monitor the impact of our work. The work will be carried out in conjunction with a technical partner (to be announced) and is overseen by a dedicated steering group.

Dr Sarah Barber
Sarah is a health economist and health policy specialist, with a masters degree in international health epidemiology and a doctoral degree in health economics and policy analysis from the University of California, Berkeley.
Dr Kalipso Chalkidou
Kalipso is the founding director of NICE's international programme, helping governments build technical and institutional capacity for using evidence to inform health policy.
Dr Françoise Cluzeau
Francoise Cluzeau is a Senior Adviser for the National Institute for Health & Clinical Excellence (NICE) International.
Prof Tony Culyer
Tony holds the Ontario Research Chair in Health Policy & System Design at the University of Toronto, Canada, and is a Professor of Economics at the University of York, England.
Prof Peter Littlejohns
Peter is Professor of Public Health at King's College London. Between 1999-2011 he was the founding Clinical and Public Health Director of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) in the UK.
Prof Chenggang Jin
Chenggang is Associate Professor at the Institute of Health Policy Research of Beijing Normal University.
Professor Mala Rao
Mala is Professor of International Health at the University of East London.
