NICE response to Kennedy Report (Bristol Inquiry)

The Institute, in consultation with the Partners Council, has considered carefully each of the recommendations in the Kennedy Report which apply directly to NICE. The Institute's response was agreed by the Board of the Institute at a meeting held on 19 September 2001 and has been sent to the Secretary of State for Health and the National Assembly for Wales.
