Mark Taylor has over thirty years of healthcare experience, most recently as Chief Executive of the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust where he was responsible for the merger of the two hospitals and for their participation in the major redevelopment planned in the Paddington Basin scheme. Mr Taylor previously held the position of Chief Executive of the Royal Devon and Exeter Healthcare Trust, following similar positions in Canada and East Africa.
Following a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oriel College, Oxford, Mark Taylor completed the NHS National Administrative Training Scheme in 1967.
